Clinic & Nurse Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Clinic & Nurse Assistant to join our team. As the Clinic & Nurse Assistant, you will be responsible for gathering patient data, conducting diagnostic tests, analysing and summarising cases for the doctor, coaching patients on their treatment plan, scheduling patient appointments for treatment administration and follow-up, administering therapies, and following up with patients. You will play a critical role in helping our patients achieve optimal health and wellness, while working collaboratively with other team members to provide exceptional care.

Work days & hours
Full time
8:30am to 6pm
Monday - Saturday
Monthly Salary
RM2000 - RM3000
Based on your level of
knowledge & skills.
Bonus Pay
Performance Bonus,

Job-scope, Duties, & Responsibilities:
- Gather all patient data of new patients: Full medical history, past disease, past treatments, current symptoms, current diagnosis, medications, nutrition supplements, diet habits, lifestyle habits, others.
- Take patiient through all necessary diagnostic tests.
- Analyse & summarise client case to Doctor.
- Fully understand treatment plan and schedule as established by Doctor.
- Coach patient on the treatment plan
- Set appointment dates for patient’s treatment-adminstration and follow-up.
- Administer therapies to patients on set dates.
- Follow-up with patients on set dates.
- Other tasks as deemed necessary.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Preferably Diploma in Nursing
- If no diploma in nursing, then some clinical experience in a Medical assistant or Clinic Assistant position and have the skill-set listed below.
Skills:
- Administer medications and therapeutic-treatment per doctors prescription & orders.
- Insert IV fluid branulla, manageIV fluids, re-insertion, and termination.
- Assist nurse to monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients condition.
- Wound dressing.
- Draw blood specimen.
- Collect specimen for C & S (ex. Sputum collection, urine collection etc.)
- Basic medical tests: Blood pressure, urine test, glucose level,
- Assist Doctor in any procedures eg. pap smear & etc
- Assist senior nurses to – document reports, file and retrieve reports, communicate with patient, coach patient, administer medical tests & treatments to patients, etc.
- Assist other members of the medical team.
Languages:
- English.
- Bahasa Malayu.
- Mandarin Chinese (optional, but preferred).
Experience:
- Preferred a candidate with decent amount of experience being in the Medical assistant / Clinic assitant position in a certified medical clinic.
Character:
- Passionate to serve patients and help them fully recover.
- Submissive to leadership of Doctors & Superiors.
- Good team player; easy to work with others and co-operative.
- Self motivator.
- Emotionally stable.
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
