Marketing & Operations Executive
We are seeking a talented Marketing & Operations Executive to join our team. As the executive, you will be responsible for executing all marketing & operations related supportive work and errands, and providing support to team members with administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. PJ, Selangor.
Work days & hours
Full time
8:30am to 6pm
Monday - Saturday
Monthly Salary
RM2500 - RM3500
Based on your level of
knowledge & skills.
Bonus Pay
Performance Bonus,
Yearly Bonus,
EPF, SOCSO, & EIS.
Job-scope, Duties, & Responsibilities:
- Execute all marketing related supportive work and marketing errands
- Execute all operations related supportive work and operational errands
- Support fellow team-members in miscellaneous administrative tasks as and when needed.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Preferably degree/diploma in “Marketing” or “Business Administration”.
- Any additional training or certifications is an added advantage but not necessary.
Skills:
- Execting marketing related tasks
- Executing operations related tasks
- Basic skill in photography & videography
- Able to speak English very well and fluently, with a clear accent.
- Able to speak Malay very well and fluently, with a clear accent.
- Able to speak Mandarin-chinese very well and fluently, with a clear accent.
- Basic computer skills; CRM system skill is added advantage.
Languages:
- English.
- Bahasa Malayu.
- Mandarin Chinese (optional, but preferred).
Experience:
- Any work-experience that demonstrate your posession of the needed skills and your abiity to handle the duties & responsibilities.
Character:
- Submissive to leadership of Doctors & Superiors.
- Good team player; easy to work with others and co-operative.
- Self motivator.
- Emotionally stable.
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
